To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over and a resident of the United Kingdom. You must complete our online health consultation honestly and in full. Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for the stated supply only. We do not transfer prescriptions to third parties. You must inform us of any changes to your health, medication, or circumstances before reordering, as this may affect your suitability for treatment.

Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All prices include VAT where applicable and are displayed clearly at checkout.
Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details on our systems. If a prescription is declined following clinical review, a full refund will be issued within 5 to 10 working days.
Once your order has been approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service used. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, tamper-evident packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or that appropriate instructions are left for the courier. We cannot be held liable for packages left unattended at your instruction.
You may cancel your order prior to clinical approval and dispensing for a full refund. Once a prescription has been approved and your medication has been dispensed or dispatched, we are unable to accept cancellations or returns under applicable medicines legislation.
If your order is declined at the clinical review stage, you will receive a full refund. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
